Adobe Premiere Pro Class
Master Adobe Premiere Pro with an expert! Learn how to make your videos really stand out from the crowd in this 2-day class taught by award-winning visual effects artist Ed Batres. Ed is known for his work on films like Babe, Beetlejuice, Space Jam and more.
Whether you’ve never touched Premiere Pro or you have some video editing experience, you will significantly advance your skills during this fun, project-based, learning weekend. But be prepared to shoot and then edit your own video footage. In the course of creating your project, you’ll learn editing techniques and features like adding titles, transitions & audio, and understand how to tell a compelling story with video. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from a master!
Finally, the last hour of the first day of class will include shooting video to edit in the second day. Be sure to bring your own camera if you have one. If not, no problem! We have plenty of equipment available for use. Our laptops can read SD cards. The rest of the time will involve learning video editing on Adobe Premiere.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re using one of our laptops, all data is erased at logoff. You must bring a flash drive to save your work. If you do not have one, you may purchase one at Best Buy or CVS. Try to have at least 8gb of memory.
There are two options in this class. The full price option includes use of our high-end Dell / Windows 10 Pro laptops with Adobe Creative Cloud / Premiere. The lower price option requires you to bring your own computer with the most recent version of Premiere.
Saturday and Sunday, June 3rd and 4th, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM each day. Cost: $97, $89 with your own laptop. See you there!
